§1 Scope

These General Terms and Conditions (GTC) apply to all bookings of holiday apartments made via the website http://www.urbannest-apartments.de

or by any other means directly with UrbanNest Apartments GmbH.

Deviating terms and conditions of the guest shall not be recognized unless UrbanNest Apartments GmbH explicitly agrees in writing.

§3 Conclusion of Contract / Booking

The presentation of the accommodations on the website does not constitute a binding offer.

The booking becomes effective as soon as UrbanNest Apartments GmbH confirms the booking in writing by email.

By making the booking, the guest accepts these GTC.

§4 Prices

All prices include statutory VAT, plus any applicable cleaning fees or other additional costs.

§5 Cancellation / Withdrawal

Cancellations are possible at any time free of charge.

Cancellations must be communicated in writing by email.

It is recommended to take out travel cancellation insurance to cover any additional costs from third parties (e.g., flights or travel expenses).

§6 Use of the Accommodation

The accommodation may only be used by the specified number of persons.

Pets are only allowed with prior agreement.

The guest undertakes to comply with the house rules and to report any damages immediately.

§7 Liability

UrbanNest Apartments GmbH is only liable for damages caused by intentional or grossly negligent breaches of duty.

No liability is assumed for force majeure (e.g., power outages, service interruptions).

§8 Data Protection

Personal data is processed for the purpose of handling the booking and for contacting the guest. Further information can be found in our privacy policy at http://www.urbannest-apartments.de/datenschutz

§9 Final Provisions

German law applies.

The place of jurisdiction is Berlin.

Should individual provisions of these GTC be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall remain unaffected.
